What do unlimited edits mean? Will I get multiple portraits?
Is your production sustainable?
We are proud to reduce our environmental footprint as a result of local production in 30 markets and smaller transportation distances for lower carbon emissions on each order.
All products are digitaly painted and printed on-demand when you order them to avoid excess production ending up in landfill.
Is your website only about dog portrait? Do you paint cats and other pets?
Do you paint people?
Unfortunately at the moment we only offer pet portraits.

Yes, we always try to support our customers with some nice gifts and discounts.
Shipping&Payments
Can I see the portrait before shipping?
Yes, we send you a digital painting preview before proceeding to production. You will receive the digital file within 7 business days after placing the order.
Is your shipping really free? Which countries do you work with?
Yes! We provide free shipping internationally. There are no limits for Petappear's portraits destanations.
I want to buy a portrait for gift. What are your shipping times? Will it be here for on time?
Do you offer returns and refund?
We always make sure that you like your pet portrait before sending it to production and ship. So far, we didn't have any claims for refund/returns.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept payments via PayPal.
I didn't receive the tracking number. What should I do?
If you didn't receive your order tracking information it's probably due to technical error. Please feel free to reach out and we will provide you with shipping details.
